Description
In Caraway Hall, there have been reports of strange noises and voices in the attic, as well as, unembodied heavy footsteps on the stairs and whispers in the hallways. Local legend claims the land was originally on a Cherokee burial site and that a young female student committed suicide. In Tucker Coliseum, the spirit of a young man, believed to be a former star basketball player who was killed in a car accident in 1981, pulls down auditorium seats and scatters basketballs all over the court. In Witherspoon Hall there are reports of an unknown spirit, believed to be a former student, who plays the piano in the practice room.
