There have been reports of four spirits at this location who all appear in attire from decades ago. The spirits are believed to be a former owner, his wife, and their two friends who all died in a nearby car accident. These four spirits are thought to be the source of applicances which turn on and off by themselves, unembodied heavy footsteps, and the sudden smell of old flowery perfume.
