Description
There have been reports of a dark or evil unknown spirit that makes itself known when a bad smell suddenly occurs. No matter how well the judge’s chambers in Division 2 is cleaned or remodeled, the smell of cigar smoke randomly occurs. In the lobby, there have been encounters of the spirit of a man who appears to be a judge dressed in victorian era garb. There have also been claims of unembodied heavy footsteps, strange noises and voices, and doors which open and close on their own.
