Description
Local legend claims this mission was built adjacent to a Native American burial ground and there have been various spirits reported at this location. The most well known is believed to be founder Father Serra who walks around the mission at night with a candle and appears inside the chapel on New Year’s Eve. There have also been reports of the spirit of a young Native American boy and the ghost of a dog.
