Formerly known as the Mulvihill house, now known as the Skagway Chamber of Commerce, this location is haunted by the spirit of Mul Mulvihill, chief dispatcher for the White Pass and Yukon Railway. Visitors and staff have reported the spirit walking up and down stairs with heavy foot steps. Also known to open and close doors or unembodied sounds of a telegraph.
