Description
In this unfinished mansion, there have been reports of the spirit of a man, believed to be the former architect who died on-site, wearing cowboy boots and wandering the upper levels. Local legend claims a rose bush grows where the architect met his end regardless of weather. There are claims that doors will open and close by themselves, unembodied heavy footsteps, and strange unembodied noises and voices. Some have claimed they encountered an unknown spirit which is unfriendly, aggressive, and will shout and throw things at the living.
